very disappointed!

very disappointed! Pieces were missing, no assembly directions. If I could get ahold of the manufacture to send the missing parts that would be great but I cant find that option! I have strawberry plants sprouting so I cant send it back unless I want my plants to die. we had to use wire to hold the pipes on the frame since there were no brackets or bolts to hold them on! we made due, but for the price we shouldn't have to!

Disappointing for beginners

Got a bunch of PVC pipes with barely decipherable instructions. Parts are not labeled and it took a couple of hours to put together a seemingly simple structure. Some of the parts did not fit well. Been operating it for few weeks now with disappointing results with seedlings as well as small plants whoa have are all wilting inspire of using organic nutrients and changing the water every week. The supplied pump pressure is not sufficient to send enough water through the pipes and ends up with barely a trickle and less than 1/4 of water depth in the pipes. The upper middle pipe barely een has any water flowing thru it. Tried keeping the structure in an incline and there was some increase in the flow. Not sure if I assembled it incorrectly or the design itself is flawed. Would not recommend this unless you are experienced with some hydroponics.
