Excellent in every challenge
I spent a lot of time and money over the last few years to find a smaller pan with the qualities I found in this one. One of the main issues I had was a flat bottom because I cook with induction and it is so inefficient and unpredictable without a flat bottom. This pan sits perfectly on the induction hob and I love that. The nonstick surface is excellent and shows no sign of damage or decay, and the slightly higher and straight sides allow me to flip eggs, control, omelettes, and stirfry with complete control. Definitely my workhorse pan.

Perfect Non-Stick..
I love this pan!! I have the Atlantis set and wanted to add some non-stick and here we are today!! The size is perfect for 4 people, heats evenly, and nothing sticks to it. Perfect pan to make cheese wraps!! Well built and the ceramic coating is definately non-stick..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just went to a Zwilling cooking class and we used this pan. I love it. Such a beautiful pan and loving the non stick. Food just seems to glide once inside. I don't have to use any oil to prevent sticking. I absolutely love it. Looking forward to taking another class and learning more about their cookware
