Great fan.
The fan effectively keeps the moisture out of a fairly large bathroom. There was a vibration noise when first installed. Broan quickly replaced the part. I love how quiet and efficient the fan is now. It was installed from the room side, not from the attic. Getting the old fan out took some time, but installing the new one was not difficult.
