Sold as a set of two, the Lo Rox Domes can be used as a prop while performing a variety of balance movements, using the dome side up or down to modify the level of challenge. One side is pebbled to stimulate the nerves and help increase blood circulation, and the other side features a smooth, even bottom for greater stability. The Lo Rox Domes can also be used to perform self-massage to help calm the nervous system, promote blood flow, and flush the lymphatic system by rolling the body part you want to target over the domes for a rejuvenating sensory experience. These domes are golden in
These domes are golden in how they help your body unwind! I keep one at my bed and use it at my temples neck and shoulder even hips when I wake up at night occasionally. Use them daily on my feet makes everything feel calm!

Purchased with the intention of helping with foot exercises & massage, these are also wonderful for constructive rest supports all along the spine, and we continue to play and discover new applications. The only downside to these is that household members now compete for their use, so we will need to buy at least one other set soon!
