I actually really like this cookbook. The recipes are pretty simple and tend to require normal ingredients. There are a few ingredients that I haven't looked for (like soy powder or xanthan gum), but these are mainly used in the dessert recipes. Everything I have tried so far has been tasty (and my husband approves!). Overall, if you are on a low-carb diet, I would recommend this cookbook. To be consistent with the diet, it is a good plan to have variety, and this cookbook definitely has a lot of different recipes.
