Disappointed

The color of the planters I received aren't as pictured. They are a dark charcoal color. If you are looking for a mixed color planter like pictured, don't get these. One of the plugs in the bottom of the planter doesn't fit either. I expected them to be heavier as well. This is the first thing I have bought from Hayneedle and I am disappointed.

Do not purchase these - very poor quality

I purchased 2 of these urn's in April 2019 - at that point I was happy with the product. Just a few days ago I went to replant these urn's and both of the urn's stucco is crumbling very bad, very poor quality. I emailed customer service right away and of course the 1-year warranty expired in April. Very disappointed in Hayneedle for not standing by their products. I will never purchase from this company again.
