Makers of the iconic Swiss Army knife, family-owned Victorinox produces kitchen knives with high-carbon stainless-steel blades at their original location in Ibach, Switzerland. The stainless steel undergoes a special tempering process to ensure its resilience, and each blade is ground in two directions for the perfect edge, then given a final polish. This chef's knife is perfectly suited for dicing, mincing and chopping, as well as slicing meats of all kinds.
