Bought the pale amethyst color online so I was taking a chance on the fit. I chose small and happy to say they're perfect. The waist is high enough to cover the not so firm tummy. The sides are adjustable to make them similar to a hipster style. For reference I'm 5'7" 130 lbs. 38-39 hips, 29 waist. Now going to buy the melon juice color. They're a bargain!
