Amazing!!!

Wonderful quality and beautiful. There were a few cracked plates due to VERY rough shipping (the box was all beat up!). Not at all the fault of the manufacturer though. When I reached out to Vancasso they replied immediately requesting pics. Once i sent them they quickly confirmed they were sending me replacements and I got them within a week! Sometimes issues happen but it's how it's addressed that impresses. Wonderful company with the best customer service I've ever encountered. Will definitely ship Vancasso products again.

Impressive after-sale service

Customer service is impressive. We ordered these during Black Friday. Shipping was prompt. One bowl in the set was broken during shipping. I was offered a replacement or partial refund. I chose the replacement. Then it turned out the matching bowl was out of stock so they sent a whole set of replacement bowls in a slightly different size.
