Dosage
Take 30 to 60 minutes prior to training with 6 oz. of water. CON-CRĒT® can be taken on an empty stomach or with food. Normal training: 1 serving (1 capsule) per 100 pounds of body weight. Intense training: 1-2 servings (1-2 capsule) per 100 pounds of body weight. Off Days: Can take 1 serving (1 capsule) per 100 Pounds of body weight to assist in muscle recovery.

Works like a charm. I think.
I've been using creatine monohydrate for many years now, and wanted to give HCL a spin due to some reviews online. So far so good. Only 25% done with the bottle so may need to report back after it's finished. BEEF CAKE. MASSSIVE PUMPS AND GAINS SON; GET SOME.

Easiest form of Creatine on tummy and noticeable effects
If you're somewhat sensitive to regular creative monohydrate, I'd recommend this. It's a more bioavailability form, which means you can take it shortly before a workout and probably don't have to load it like the regular stuff. Although if you do choose loading, a 2 pill a day (1.5g) should be sufficient for the average fitness enthusiasts. Body builders should probably stay away from this unless they have money to burn, since HCL supplements are quite expensive and costs add up. I do notice an ability to squeeze out a few extra reps on this, taking just 1 pill 1 hour before a workout, which could be a placebo effect. But I've experimented with and without it for workouts and do notice less fatigue and a consistent ability to do more with these in my pre-workout stack.
