Verified Purchase

Needs more durable wrap for shipping

The rug was very nice and exactly what we wanted, HOWEVER the plastic shipping wrap was torn in many places and the rug was so dirty at those holes that we had to return it. I would buy again but it is not stocked in the store. I can not recommend buying online unless you live close to Ooltewah, TN.

Beautiful Rug

We needed a rug that would hold up to our cats and dogs, have the design and appearance we wanted, and also be plush and soft for our grandchildren. This rug did it all! The carpet's highs and lows,as well as the shading, hide the everyday crumbs and fur our household has and remains a beautiful accent for our room. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
