Flimsy packaging, damaged goods and return hassle!
Really wanted this as it was perfect fit for under new desk and color matched. Ordered two but both arrived damaged with one box showing evidence of miss-handling and loose tape. Both had lots of bent metal damage and looked terrible. Had to return both which was a real pain as the packaging wasn't good to begin with, cabinets are heavy and had to physically take them to Fedex myself for the return. The seller was not that easy to deal with regarding the return/refund process and the boxes appeared to be resold items. The manufacturer needs to improve their packaging OR these need to be double-boxed for better protection. Had issues getting two return labels as these couldn't be returned in a single box. This is a Walmart.com issue that needs more clarity and options.
