Winsome Piper Work Station, Keyboard, Walnut Finish

This printer cart is FANTASTIC! I agree with other reviews about the instructions being a LITTLE lacking in clarity but I put it together by myself and I'm a 50 year old woman getting around the house in my desk chair because of a broken heel I got in a car accident. I was able to get everything out of the box and locate every part listed on the instructions in a matter of minutes. It was ALL VERY WELL PACKAGED. Each piece of wood was wrapped in a foam type wrapping and there were two separate boxes inside the outer box plus the smaller boxes that contained the hardware and casters. There were SEVERAL pieces of styrofoam in the box that protected everything, as well. I placed everything within easy reach on my dining room table and assembled it on top of a side table because I am unable to get down on the floor and back up again due to my broken heel and severe arthritis. The cart is BEAUTIFUL with a nice finish. The 5th caster which attaches to the bottom front of the file drawer was a terrific inclusion. When the file gets full, it won't be as stressful on the mechanics of the drawer. The file drawer and the keyboard shelf roll out and back in with ease and QUIETLY. For the money, I think you'd be hard-pressed to find another cart as nice as this one! I tightened all the screws very well and it is a VERY STURDY piece of office furniture. I purchased a larger all-in-one printer, scanner, copier, fax machine back in February and it has a pull out drawer for the printed papers to stack up on. I had it on a shorter...old fashioned small TV stand. I was afraid I was going to break the pull out part with either the back of my chair or the arms of it and I chose this printer cart because it gets my printer up to a higher level and actually makes using the printer an easier task. I can't say enough good about this cart! The only tools required to assemble the unit are an Allen wrench (which is included in the hardware box), a Phillips head screwdriver, and a rubber mallet or other type hammer for installing the little wood caps that go over the larger screws which are countersunk giving the cart an even more finished appearance! I hope my review helps you make a very educated decision as to whether this is the cart to use for your application! God bless you!
