Verified Purchase

Totally a big mistake and unreturnable.

It is impossible to return this item. The seller OJCommerce will not answer the phone. We tried returning it to Walmart. They told us we had to send it to the seller . The chandelier was defective . The beaks were off of the birds and one of the birds blew up when a licensed electrician wired it. This was really a big mistake for us and a costly one.
