Purchased this to match the toilet paper holder I bought a few months ago. The installation instructions were a bit different. It said to screw the anchor directly into the drywall if not hitting a stud. My husband did it by drilling, inserting a different anchor, then screwing into that, like you would normally. Just do what works for you.
