the blue color is beautiful aqua reminds me of my mom's 50 years ago. heavy duty. I fried Chicken and I've made soup and it worked wonderfully. I love having at least one heavy pot. washed up really good in the sink I wouldn't put this in the dishwasher. if I needed one I would buy another one just like this one and I would definitely recommend it. the interior is light enamel and I really like that.

Excellent Enamel Coated Cast Iron Dutch Oven
We purchased this pot to replace an old enamel covered cast iron Dutch oven, and it has not disappointed! While this version is slightly smaller than our old one, it has excellent heat conductivity, arguably better than the Lodge version it replaced. The price was almost too good to be true (purchased as a Black Friday deal), and a great value! The color is exactly as depicted in the product images and we have enjoyed cooking numerous stews and slow cooked meats already!
