I am in love with this chair! I have worked from home for almost four years. I have sat in all kinds of chairs in make-shift office after make-shift office. After dealing with major back issues and my doctor and chiropractor demanding I find a better seating arrangement, this chair ad seemed to find me at the perfect moment. Shipping was very speedy. Assembly was tolerable. I had to get help supporting the chair while the back and seat were connected and then placing the chair on the wheeled base. However, the chair was built in less than 2 hours which was great since I could use it for work the next day. I am a 5'5 plus size woman weighing around 280 lbs. I have never been so comfortable and well-supported in an office chair! I recommend a full 5-stars!

Almost the perfect office chair
This is almost the perfect office chair for the big guys, and the price was dramatically lower than comparable chairs at Amazon and other online stores. The only flaw is that the wheels do not roll easily at all on any surface. We will be trying to deal with that issue, but other than that an excellent buy.

Comfortable but wheels suck
So, I'm a big guy. 370lbs. I also have hip arthritis. The chair is comfortable but 2 things I don't like. Although it's rated for up to 550lbs., the wheels are the same cheap plastic wheels you find on any office chair that basicall scratch up a wood floor, or just will not roll on carpet. I'll be replacing them with better wheels. The other thing is that I feel as though the seat is tilted forward. In other words, as though I'm sliding off all the time. To add insult to injury, when I try to roll the chair forward while seated and using my feet to gain movement, I practically slide off the chair. I will fix this too buy inserting a shim under the front seat and the steel plate. This will either make the seat level, or even give it a slight tilt back. One other important thing I'll mention. Some of the bolts are pre-installed. If you think you're missing bolts, check the chair, backrest and steel plate. They lead you to believe that bolts are attached to the included cardboard but they don't explain that some are pre-installed.
