Try tri-ply bottom is specially designed to distribute heat evenly ensuring your foods are cooked to perfection every time. This skillet is compatible with all heat sources including gas, electric and induction. Made from heavy-duty 18/8 stainless steel, this fry pan is designed to withstand daily use in restaurants, catering and other commercial foodservice environments. This 14" skillet features a natural finish that provides even heat distribution for searing, browning, sauteing and frying a wide range of foods including meats and vegetables.
