Great product for the price :)

I had done a lot of research before purchasing this. I was really skeptical about even purchasing one due to all models having both good and bad reviews. I decided to go through Walmart so I could return it easily if there was any issues, plus the 90 day return policy is great!! All things considered loved the size glad I went with the 6 person. Gets really hot was using it in a snow storm and the bubbles almost feel like jets. Seems very durable for the price and I hope to have this product for a long time to come.

Great for the price.

I'm going to give this 5 stars, but perhaps it should be 4.5. Firstly, it arrived on-time and is great. I use it at least once a week and it works as you would expect and relaxes you. I bought some addition underwater LED lights and it creates a great atmosphere. Mine heats to 104. I have not tried to heat it to 108 (too hot for me). My one gripe is that 75-80% of the air bubbles work. Customer support hasn't replied to me yet and it's been 2 weeks however, I kind of like it that way because sometimes it's nice to sit with no bubbles when it's too hot.

Heater does not work

Heater does not work. Could not get over room temperature of 80 degrees in a closed back porch with the cover on and tbe instructions were mainly looking at the box pic. Not labeled what to what. Finally, boxing up for a refund was almost impossible in that same box.
