Very happy with this luggage rack, but I found the shoe rack difficult to reposition. I still haven't gotten it to lay flat. It makes me sound completely helpless but I assemble a lot of furniture on my own. Simple instructions would be ok. Other than my rack still being diagonally positioned, I do very much like it!

Sure, could have bought a cheap one to do the job. But, we have a nice home with expensive, nice furnishings. So, I want this item to look nice too when it is placed among our furniture. In my opinion, this item is well worth a few extra dollars versus the cheaper ones available out there. This one you don't have to hide when not in use if you don't want to.
