it's great for beginner rebounding

I bought a trampoline with sewn in bungees that hurts my joints because it's too firm. So I bought this brand because it's a good price and it has removable bungees. It is hard to open the platform unless you have a lot of upper body strength or a muscular son to help you. The 6 inch bungees makes the surface just as hard as the other trampoline, so I ordered 8" bungees. Because they are longer and softer than the 6"" bands I knot some of them before installing so I get a customized bounce. I like having the option of customizing my jumping surface. I would give this five stars were it not for how tough it was to flatten out the jumping surface. it was packaged well and shipped fast.

Trampoline not so sturdy

It did not come with the correct tool to assemble. The trampoline itself does not fit flush to the floor. I will have to go purchase more washers to attempt to get it to sit level. It was supposedly 70% off the original price, but I didn't think it would be crap. My son purchased a different brand and he came over and assembled mine. Compared to his, he said mine was a piece of crap. I'm trying to fix it to make it flush, because it is easier than all the trouble to disassemble and return.

This should have been the perfect mini trampoline but the support bar package that came with it cannot be used on the trampoline. Not worth the trouble of packing it back up and taking it back to the store. I use the back of a chair for stability instead. Quite disappointing. The trampoline itself, is pretty great. Just can't use as presented.
