By far, it's the best gluten-free bread out there for sandwiches! I'm celiac, and while there is decent bread for toasting, it has been very hard to find bread that is moist enough for sandwiches. The first time I tried this bread I studied the label trying to figure out how Schar made it so much better than every other bread. All Schar gluten-free products taste just like the gluten version. The saltine crackers and graham crackers are especially fantastic!
