- These Service Caster Series #20 Polyurethane casters offer various wheel sizes and mounting heights: 3” Wheel: 4-1/8” mounting height; 3-1/2” wheel: 4-5/8” mounting height; 4” wheel: 5-1/8” mounting height; 5” wheel: 6-1/8” mounting height. Wheels are offered in five different colors – Gray, Blue, Black, Maroon, and Red.
- Weight Capacity: 3" and 3.5": 300 lbs Capacity/Caster; 4" and 5": 350 lbs Capacity/Caster
- All casters feature an expanding stem that is 2-11/16” in length. The expanding stem comes in 10 different diameters: (3/4”, 7/8”, 1”, 1-1/8”, 1-1/4”, 1-3/8”, 1-1/2”, 1-5/8”, 1-3/4”, and 1-7/8”). Before ordering, Service Caster recommends measuring the inside diameter of your tubing- this measurement will determine the corresponding expanding stem diameter needed. - Brake options include a top lock brake (TLB) or a total lock brake (TTL). The top lock brake (TLB) places a positive locking force against the wheel tread locking the wheel only. The total lock brake (TTL) also places a positive locking force against the wheel tread, but the total lock brake (TTL) simultaneously locks the wheel and the swivel for a complete stationary position.

The Series #20 features an innovative expanding stem that can easily adapt to the inside diameter of the opening, allowing for a secure fit in round or square tubes. Simply tighten the topmost knurled nut to compress the rubber for a snug fit. For added security, further compress the rubber with a wrench via the nut under the swivel raceway. Finely crafted with a bright zinc plated finish, heat-treated ball bearing raceway, and a black polyurethane wheel, this versatile caster is ideal for work tables, shop projects, or any equipment with round or square tube legs.
