Now 100% bio-based! Our famously gentle, award-winning diaper rash ointment is as good as you can get. It's free of added fragrance, common allergens and harsh chemicals, so it’s perfect for soothing sensitive, irritated skin. We removed the water from the formula which allowed us to go preservative-free as all preservatives can be irritating to already sensitive skin. Vitamin-grade zinc oxide treats and prevents diaper rash while purified lanolin leaves a moisture barrier on the skin. Added coconut oil and licorice help soothe sore bottoms. Cloth-diaper safe. Diaper ointments are USDA Certified 100% Bio-Based (excluding zinc oxide), meaning they are made from plant-based ingredients and one ingredient from sheep's wool (ultra-purified lanolin). This is the only diaper
This is the only diaper cream that has helped my daughter! After trying many other brands I finally found California Baby. This cream spreads nicely and provides an effective protective layer, both healing current diaper rash and preventing future ones! I recommend this product to all my friends with babies and know it has helped them as well!

Great diaper cream
I use this for my daughter who is trying to potty train. She doesn't always tell me if she went in her pull up so she has moisture in there sometimes. This stuff is great. Its a good alternative to Desitin.

Beat diaper cream.
Best rash cream I've ever bought. The quality is top notch. When my child has an acidic bowel movement the acid usually burns their bum but not with this cream. A lifesaver for my sons bottom.
