Helped keep calm throughout the day
The ultimate calm pills gave a nice mid-day relaxation. Nap time with a toddler has been a fight so these helped me keep my calm. These kept me feeling calm for a good amount of time. nice to take every now and then as needed. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

These are a great addition to daily meds!
I was leary in the beginning about taking these every day. The best part is they are truly effective at helping to take the edge off while you are going through daily activities like work stress and home stress (mom of 3). I did notice a positive change after 2 weeks of taking this supplement. I was less irritable. The only thing I would improve is take the rice powder out of the ingredients. Other than that this product is great for the price, does the job, and is super easy to take and add to daily supplements! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

they work!
Im currently pregnant, so I opted out to take these just incase, I gave them to my boyfriend to try instead. Ever since we got them, hes been taking one everyday! Hes not one to usually take stuff like this, but he owns a business therefore has been stressed. So these came at the perfect time! He says they really do help. If hes saying they help, they must really do work because like I said, hes not one to take or believe in stuff like this!
