PLEASE READ! If only some1 wrote review

Pros: 1st thing, item exactly as described. Great condition and not cheap material. Cons: Heavy or oversized items are delivered by a freight company. Things you should know: The freight company will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time,this item will be delivered to your front door or the main entrance or garage. They do not deliver to upstairs. Tips for freight orders: they recommend you have one or more people help you move your item to its final location. This item is very long and heavy. Very difficult to move FYI. I WAS STRESSED JUST TO MOVE IT. MAKE SURE YOU MEASURE IF IT CAN BE MOVED. THERE'S A 16FT LONG BLOCK OF WOOD WHICH IS NOT IN PIECES.
