Arrived Wrinkled and creased!!

It came very creased and wrinkled, it looked like it was homemade, there was also numbers next to it that we will have to cut out, weird, it wasn't even cut straight the whole decal looked like a 4 year old cut it out. At the very least when shipping it should be wrapped around a hard cylinder to keep it from wrinkling and creasing, it is currently under our guest room mattress trying to get the creases out!
