The product didn't work as it was described on the webpage. I have experience with this type of equipment and it was not operator error. When I asked to return it, they said I needed to send a video of how I was using it so that they could tell me how to use it correctly. I didn't ask for an explanation, I asked for it to be returned and refunded. I am sure WALMART doesn't care. However, they've lost my business.
