The AC is excellent. Easy to install in existing sleeve, works flawlessly, very satisfied with the product. The Fedex delivery--not so much. Arrived days after promised and left in wrong location (street front) on its side (vs. right side up) in the blazing sun exposed to potential theft and compressor damage. Way to go...........

Very powerful!
This AC works great so far. We've only had it for three weeks and it works well. The fan speeds are a great help since it can run quiet at night. The only thing I would improve is the remote control needs some illumination since you can't see the settings in the middle of the night and you don't want to turn on a bright light.

Great Choice!
We're very happy with this GE Air Conditioner! Installed easily (into an existing wall sleeve), cools very well, looks great in our bedroom, and has good features. It operates quietly and the WiFi remote control works well also. Our previous GE unit lasted for 10 years, hopefully this new one will too.
