Instructions

Use 1 teaspoon of pure loose leaf tea per cup of water. Bring cold water to under a boil, and steep 3-5 minutes using a tea strainer, filter, steeper, or tea infuser. Try with Honey, crystals, or sweetener of your choice. For Iced tea: After Steeping (and adding sweetener, if desired), Allow the tea to cool by placing it in the refrigerator. (If using an Iced-Tea pitcher, use 1 teaspoon per cup of water). Enjoy!
