FROM FIVE STARS TO ONE!

I wish I could have edited my previous review to update it, however that wasn't an option I could find. I initially reviewed this laptop on May 4, 2018, and I adored it. I'd had it since April then. However, the issues began after that and only steadily got worse. First, it was audio/driver issues. Out of nowhere, all ability to make sound would disappear and videos on youtube would show static and an error message. I'd have to restart the computer entirely every time this happened just to make it go back to normal. Second, THREE MONTHS after getting the laptop, the battery gave out. Just completely dead and the computer was unusable unless it was plugged in. A tech had to come out and repair it, and the screws on the bottom of the laptop were so tight that that he couldn't even get it off correctly, broke a piece of plastic inside of it, and one corner was never able to be reattached correctly. A year after purchase, days after the warranty expired (convenient!), it froze, blue screened, and then refused to reboot ever again and said there was no hard drive installed. RIDICULOUS. I am never giving Dell my money again.
