Triple bunk bed installation

I bought this bunk bed for my 3 young grandkids who are currently living with me. It has a very sleek, modern look and is sturdy once put together. The problem with the bunk beds are the installation. The entire thing is put together with a flimsy Allan wrench and takes a great deal of time, not to mention figuring out the instructions. Most of it can be done with 2 people pretty easily but putting the rails on the top bunk was very difficult with 2 people. It would be much easier using a screwdriver rather than being limited to a tiny Allen wrench. Also, one of the rails needs to be used on the middle bunk only and is not clearly marked as being different from the other rails. We didn't realize it was different and used it on top, making it very difficult to go back and take apart to put it in the proper location.
