High performance pan
After three uses I have to say I am extremely happy with this pan. The sides are just the right angle. You can stack food up the sides to increase the surface used in heating, but they are steep enough to prevent spillage when flipping or vigorously stirring food. The volume is also well balanced, meaning you can cook a large amount ( think enough for 4-6 people) without wasting heat on an oversized pan. The nonstick surface actuality browns food- a surprise to me, and cleans up so easily- even burned sugary stir-fry sauces. I just soaked it for a few minutes in hot soapy water and wiped it out with a sponge. The handle is comfortable, and the instructions say oven safe, so what's not to love? There are cheaper options out there but if you plan to use it alot then pay the extra bucks and treat yourself to high performance. The only thing that I cannot speak to is the durability of the nonstick surface but it seems on a par with my Alclad nonstick pans, and that's about as good as it gets.
