Bending Ability

The box and tray sheet metal brake is available in bending widths up to 36 inches and in bending thicknesses up to 20 Ga. Its detachable module design, solid construction, and steel-welded body allow bending of copper sheets, aluminum sheets, iron sheets, galvanized sheets, steel sheets, and other sheet metals.

Flexibility and Versatility

You can adjust to specific angles between 0° and 135° according to your work needs, supporting a wide range of bending requirements. It can bend metal across different angles in a single setup, helping reduce production time.
The design of this sheet metal bending brake is functional. The bed and apron are bored in line for alignment. The excenter-folder construction allows upper beam stroke via the side handle. Different finger sizes can be used to achieve various box widths.
The six removable finger sizes are 1", 2", 3", 8", 10", and 12". The finger setback adjustment increases the bending radius for thicker materials. Truss rods and braces help maintain stability during operation.
