For those who are complaining that the product looks nothing like the picture- you do realize that ALL items that arrived vacuum packed, with the air sucked out of them, are going to need some time, use, and a good beating before they will return to their original shape and plushiness, right? 1) This product has 2 phone pockets, one on each side. It fits an iPhone easily (don't know about Android) 2) The number of buttons on the product depends on the size of your product. Twin size has 3 buttons, while queen (or king- I can't remember) has 6. 3) This pillow was never meant to be as tall as a headboard. Please check the written measurements posted by the seller before complaining. It's comfortable for slouching and relaxing. If you have good posture, and want to sit upright while reading, this product isn't for you. (See my photos for human/pillow size reference) 4) It's soft as can be- once you treat it like an avatar of someone you hate and body slam in into the ground a few times (then give it a day or two of use). Yeah, again, reminding everyone that vacuum sealing a product, by sucking out all the air, messes with the stuffing BIG TIME!!! But that's okay. It'll revive itself with time and use. 5) This product actually DOES have Front and a Back. Make sure you pay attention. The product is supposed to lean slightly backwards, so that the product can free stand against the wall- but it won't do that immediately because of the vacuum seal messing with its filling. Just give it time. 6) The product's “color and fabric”, as seen in the photos, are more like suggestions than what you'll actually get. It's written somewhere in the description (like a fine print). So if you can accept that “grey” will be some shade of grey, and “pink” will be somewhere in the pink family (anywhere from rose to coral), then you can be happy. Final verdict? I'm buying another one for my other bed. I really love this product.
