Very easy to put together, the 2 boxes it came in were huge but very easy to assemble. There were green and black and dried dirt on some spots but not noticeable when just looking at. I will be using my warranty to receive a new one for these “wear and tear”

This is the third item I purchased that did not come with all the needed parts to assemble. I've contacted customer service several times and this issue is still not resolved. I asked for the parts, was not able to obtain. This sofa was supposed to be picked up, and it is still here. Worst customer service experience I've ever had.
