I add my complaint to the other reviews. The hat was folded (not rolled) %26 shipped in a small unpadded envelope. So it is deeply creased %26 the wired brim edge is bent. I'lI try to steam/iron it to make it wearable. The hat seems to be of good quality %26 the color is very pretty. Disappointing.

it was a pretty color, it would have fit n ben perfect but they rolled it in a ball n sent it in a bag that gloves would fit it. it tore, it's crinkled up, the shape was ruined by the shipper or packer! how stupid to roll it up n crunch this big hat to a small baseball size package n expect a lady to wear it. the Walmart associate put it in a large package to send it back for me n when she took it out of he small baseball size bag the dealer put it in it tore again!! horrific packaging's for a big pretty beach hat! just buy one from Walmart store!
