outdated seeds sold as if they were the new season's

My Harris Catalog arrived in December, when all the new catalogs start arriving. I ordered a lot of seeds, only to be send LAST YEAR'S SEEDS (all dated 2022, which I obviously was NOT going to plant in December for the 2022 gardening season. All the other seed companies, when receiving Decmeber orders for seeds, send seeds packed for the 2023 season. I was VERY disappointed in Harris in this respect. They've always been a reliable company and have the best selection of Wave Petunia seeds of anyone. But outdated seeds???? Really!!!!! :-(
