Very dissatisfied with Walmart and Shark.

I thought I bought this product through Walmart.com. It turns out I bought it through what is called Walmart Market Place (which is similar to Amazon apparently). Walmart used a 3rd party seller. The product does not work well, it does not empty into the bin and leaves clumps of dirt and dog hair all over the house because it is full. It does not give an error code that it is full, it just keeps going leaving a mess behind instead of vacuuming up dirt. Since it was sold by a 3rd party, I cannot return the item to Walmart and the seller will not return the item past 30 days. Shark also will not take a return on the item since I did not purchase it through them. I am now stuck with a $431.00 paper weight. Needless to say, I will not buy a Shark product again. I will also not buy from Walmart.com anymore!
