Not a fan of the loud crashing noise 10ft zombie

I really like the 10ft climbing zombie however the crashing noise it makes when climbing the ladder is very annoying to hear over and over when going up the ladder. It's so loud you can hear it from inside the house over 20ft away. Was such a disappointment considering I paid over $500 for it. Also the neighbors started to complain . I chose to return it in fear they may call the cops because of the noise. If Mr Halloween can figure out the noise issue I would consider repurchasing and I know I'm not the first to complain about the noise the zombie makes. The audio on the control box is loud but even with the spooky noises you can hear the crashing noise
