This reference guide for your life is not meant just to be read once chronologically but read and referenced over and over again when you find yourself facing off with the different themes of this book. Thankfully, you won't always deal with or relate to some of these topics, but when you do, these truths will be right there to hold your hand and walk you through.
This book is only as powerful as the lasting impact that comes from reading it, retaining it, and applying it to your life. Because of this, I have organized each section into three parts for you to reference easily.
