Disappointed with the quality

I have for just one year, the color is fade, the string loose. I love the design, but forget if you live in the sunny state. I try to reach the costumers service, basically no warranty for sun discoloration or mold (if it rains a lot), no news for the string though. And it's not a ""cheap"" product.
