Jovial makes me jovial!
When I eat this capellini I really can't remember what wheat pasta was like. It doesn't seem like gluten free, avoiding a lot of the pitfalls of GF pasta. It has a nice taste and texture, better than the heavier pastas and shapes, and gives you such a nice full feeling after eating a bowl. I can't tolerate any of the gluten free pastas with corn in them and I don't really enjoy the chickpea ones - Jovial is ideal with only brown rice flour and water as the ingredients. If you find GF spaghetti and shapes too al dente if you cook for the advised time or too mushy/slimy if you overcook them, you might like the capellini. I cook it one minute over what's recommended and it's the perfect texture to me.

Medical Medium recommends this brand, so I'm confident of its quality. It's only composed of organic brown rice flour and water, and its gluten free, so its ingredients are safe. Its texture is soft and taste is light (it's by far my favorite pasta). It's packaged in a paper box without any extra plastic bag inside. Since I eat it quite often, I hope it can offer a bigger size.
