Instructions were easy to follow. I built in about 3 hours alone except for roof. You need two people for that part. So pieces were chipped and a piece of wood broke off, likely from shipping. However, a little wood glue did the trick. It definitely needs to be painted because it's so thin so I ended up painting it with another coat of white with outdoor protection from mold/mildew. Turned out great!!
