Extremely Frustrating purchase

EXTREMELY hard to put together, instructions ante pictures only, and not like IKEA pictures where you understand what to do. The Allen wrench included must be fit into each of the holes many times because you can only get 1/4 turn with every insertion. Also, parts missing and rusted parts supplied,did a chat with customer service at VidaXL, the agent (real person) was not authorized to send me the missing parts, even tho she pulled up my order. Eventually after many frustrating hours putting together the actual product will work, but I will want to kick it every time I walk by it!
