Scam artist 3rd party seller!

The 3rd party seller refuses to respond to me. The watch I ordered is not the watch I received. Not only did he send me a less expensive watch, he sent me a USED watch! Never order anything that will be shipped by this dude!! He's a con artist and I don't know why Walmart still allows him to do business with them!!
