This breathable 300 denier snow machine cover fits the 1999-2003 Polaris line of Indy 700 RMK sleds. Designed for Storage + travel the cover comes with an attached stuff sack for portability and packs small. Take your snowmobile cover with you, even ice fishing with your crew, and enjoy your next crosscountry or backcountry sled trip with a like-new snowmobile and a clean, dry seat every time. Will not scratch the finish. The hemline bungee holds the cover snug to the chassis for a tight fit. Metal hook straps keep the cover secure. Dual vents allow excess air to escape without lofting or ballooning. Protect your investment while trailering home at the end of a long day on the back country trail. IMPORTANT: 300 denier canvas is trailerable on local roads only and not intended for highway or long distance protection. This semi-custom cover is sized to fit the sled indicated WITHOUT aftermarket equipment, modification, or accessories. This limited warranty applies to defects in material and workmanship only. If warranty defect occur, StopByUs.com Inc will repair or replace, at its discretion the product free of charge. To have this warranty honored, the original purchaser should return the cover postage paid, along with a copy of the receipt to the manufacturer. Manufacturer’s obligations under this warranty are limited to the following guidelines:  Warranty Terms: StopByUs.com Inc warrants to the original purchaser of their product, when properly installed, will remain in good visual condition for a minimum period of warranty term specified above, without failure due to excessive to rupture, subject to the following terms, provisions and conditions:  This cover shall be deemed to have failed due to excessive fading only in the event that during the first 1 year following the date of shipment from StopByUs.com Inc, it should fade to such an extent that it can no longer fulfill it's intended use. To assist in fading conditions, it is very important to never allow water to stand on the product. Fading is a normal process.  Manufacturer may elect to repair or replace damaged units covered by the terms of this warranty.  This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is not transferable or assignable to subsequent purchasers. THE FOLLOWING IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY: • This warranty does not cover covers that have been altered or damaged due to: normal wear, abuse, improper maintenance, improper installation. • This warranty does not cover stains or damage to the finish, which is considered normal wear. • This warranty does not cover damage to the cover, or vehicle in any form from use of this cover including but not limited to the following acts: misuse, abuse, neglect, improper protection, accidents or acts of nature. • Normal use, weathering (including fading) and stains from environmental pollution are not covered under this warranty. • Tears or rips caused by not padding sharp or obtrusive object. • Tears or rips caused by improper securing of cover to vehicle and/or trailer during transportation. (Max trailering speed for trailerable covers 50 mph - 60 mph short distance 50 miles max). Any loose material during trailering is going to damage your cover. Make sure to secure it, you might want to use some additional straps or bungee cords (if needed). Damage to your cover during trailering would not be covered under warranty. • Discoloring or fabric desecration from foreign objects and chemicals (including tree saps, petroleum products, bird and animal droppings etc.) • Mold and/or mildew caused by storage of wet product or Acts of Nature. • No rebate or replacement will be made for any cover subsequent to the warranty period covered by this warranty, or at any time for damage resulting, but not limited to: negligence, vandalism, Act of Nature or chemically induced degradation. StopByUs.com Inc will not accept warranty items without proper authorization from our company. Proof of purchase must be included, no exceptions. Shipping charges to the manufacturer are the responsibility of the customer. Repaired or replaced items will be shipped back to the manufacturer freight prepaid. Before returning defective product, please email stopbyusinc@yahoo.com for a warranty authorization number. Products returned without RGA# will be refused, and the product will be returned to sender. The repaired or replaced cover will be returned to the sender within 20 days of receipt. The liability of StopByUs.com Inc’s hereunder is limited to replacement and/or rebate as aforesaid and in no event shall StopByUs.com Inc’s be liable for consequential or special damages of any type whatsoever.
