I Purchased 5-HTP As A Sleep Aid

I can say that this product is effective as a sleep aid. I'm not sure whether my system is uber sensitive or not but the problem I have is that the product lingers in my system. The next day I find myself getting sleepy at odd times. I decided to open the capsule and sprinkle a small amount on my food, hopefully it will alleviate next day sleepiness.
