Shipping soft items in a plastic envelope.
Why does Walmart think it is okay to ship food items such as pasta, potato or corn chips and other soft items in a plastic envelope or bag. The customer order a whole item and you delivered items that are crushed. Then you never refund the money or put another item, in a cardboard box.
