Another very healthy cereal from Kashi
Extremely healthy, but I find that it could benefit from a few nuts or seeds and perhaps a bit of dried fruit for additional flavor. I'll definitely buy this again for the health benefits, but due to a somewhat bland flavor of this cereal, I'll mostly buy other healthy cereals from Kashi. I love all their multigrain choices!

This product is very filling, healthy, and how cereals should be. There are only a couple ingredients with only a couple grams of natural sugar-none added. Very reasonable/economical purchase when considering price.
